Set x4 VW & Audi 20v Aluminium injector cap/sleeve/inserts 27mm large type m27 1.5mm thread with 14mm ID for O-ring. We have 2 different versions available.
We also have an aluminium tool available (sold separately) to help with the installation process. We do recommend that the threads need to be cleaned thoroughly, carbon and sealants must be removed. If this is not done you stand a chance of splitting / cracking your manifold. PTFE Tape or fuel resistant sealer needs to be applied to prevent air leaks.
This item will work on the following intake manifold with std fuel rail or direct replacement fuel rails. To our knowledge its all the small port 20V intake manifolds and limited number of large port intakes
